You have a training as a state-tested artist or event businessman. A degree in event or cultural management is advantageous. Your good knowledge of organizational, artistic and technical processes in cultural institutions is important. They are characterized by strong organizational skills and a sovereign appearance, coupled with the competence to manage projects effectively and to clear priorities. It is fun to guide and motivate teams. They are used to work for project-related operating times.
