You take responsibility - you take over the process management of the packaging in the matrix of the Radeberger Group KG. They provide technical support for the filling lines of the sites and take over the project or project lines. Process support for all questions in the field of packaging. They agree closely with the speaker Packaging and report to the head of the central technology. They offer professional service – At the individual locations, together with manufacturers and employees, you will accompany new introductions of materials regarding the equipment of our products. In case of problems with individual materials, you are contact persons and perform necessary analyses. They are responsible for the group-wide processes of packaging and support the planning, implementation and moderation of specialist meetings together with the Lean Manager. They are responsible for our processes – they evaluate suitable analysis methods, optimize technical processes at our filling and packaging plants and develop technical standards with and on. They look forward – they implement innovative and modern techniques as well as processes within the department. You are also responsible for the strategic objectives of the Packaging business within the overall strategy together with the consultant Packaging. They look closely – they support the department, as well as the locations in technical and metric analyses.

Your training – You have a successfully completed degree in one of the fields of packaging technology, mechanical engineering, beverage technology or brewing, or you can have a comparable qualification. Your experience - You bring relevant professional experience within the beverage industry in the fields of filling and packaging technology or have gained experience in a comparable position. Their personality - they are characterized by an independent and independent way of working, a pronounced technical understanding, as well as a high quality and cost awareness. In addition, you are convinced by your very good communicative skills, your strong professional leadership skills and the necessary enforcement capability. Your know-how – you bring well-founded IT skills in the field of SAP, MS-Office and process control systems.
