From October 2026 we are looking for a working student (m/w/d) Training & E-Learning for ProMinent GmbH. You work max. 20 hours/week during the semester and max. 40 hours/week in the lecture-free period. The working time can be flexibly divided between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. after consultation with your contact person. We offer you varied tasks in a globally active family business with a remuneration of EUR 18.49 per hour.

Learning Management System: You're puggling our Learning Management System ProMinent Campus, uploading content, keeping courses up to date and implementing smaller customizations. Training organisation: You support the organization of training and webinars, manage participants, prepare documents and coordinate procedures to ensure that all participants are well informed. E-Learning: You are planning, puggling and developing digital learning opportunities and introducing both content and didactic ideas. Data analysis: You check and analyze data, recognize inconsistencies and contribute to continuously improving the quality of our learning and further training opportunities. Media design: You support the creation and optimization of presentations, learning documents and videos and use tools like Canva in a targeted manner. Project work: You can participate in exciting projects concerning further education, digital learning and knowledge management and actively contribute your own ideas.

Studies: For example, you are immatriculated in the fields of education, media and communication science, psychology or a comparable course of study. Passion: You study something completely different? No problem. You convince us by your interest in digital learning and modern training concepts. Self-employment: You work independently, find solutions independently and use digital tools to efficiently process tasks. Organizational institution: You are curious, work structured and think beyond the edge of the plate to introduce new ideas and perspectives. Digital competence: You know Microsoft 365 and ideally with digital tools like Canva or similar applications. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing. Creativity: You are passionate about digital themes, bring creative ideas and have the pleasure of actively shaping modern learning and training opportunities.
