The waste management companies Lübeck are the municipal environmental service provider in the Hansestadt Lübeck. Support in the assessment of land dewatering applications and approval procedures for separations, redevelopments and new construction projects acceptance and documentation of dewatering plants for professional execution in compliance with the approved building documents Assessment of the implementation and production of wastewater plants and support for necessary adaptations Implementation of local inventory, house connection planning and identification of the connection conditions Digitization and administration of documents such as home access cards, notes on location checks and inventory plans in the property database

You have completed vocational training as a construction technician or a comparable qualification. You bring expertise in deep or piping construction, ideally in the area of land drainage and are ready to deepen it further. You already have knowledge of administrative processes. You can be used without restriction for inspection work on construction sites and on shafts. A friendly, safe and service-oriented appearance is of course for you. You work independently, independently and structured and at the same time bring a high level of team capacity. You are safe in handling modern office communication and have good computer skills, especially in Microsoft 365. You have a class B licence.
