As a member of the NIVEA European Sales Team, you will gather international sales & shoppers and customer marketing experiences at the headquarters of a leading global skin care company. Typical tasks include: Data analysis and market research in European countries for To-Go market strategies Analysis of market/category trends, competition strategies (including offline and online store visits to track the market launch of competitors) and shopper studies to create shopper insights and recommendations for the European Shopper & Customer Marketing Community Support in updating and developing price strategies for core products and innovations Development and updating of European dashboards to track sales performance in individual countries Development of European sales stories for important new launches and relaunches Adapting global merchandising policies (planograms) and CPPAs (Channel Price Pack Architecture) to European requirements Support in the implementation of a program for image recognition in European countries Support in the development of digital internal communication for the Global Shopper & Customer Marketing Team

Embossed Analytical Skills high level of flexibility and efficiency; pragmatic and independent working style English language skills ( oral and written) Very good control of MS Office (especially Power Point and Excel) Good social and communicative skills International work/studies experience and international thinking Previous experience in shopper & customer marketing, category management or sales, preferably in a FMCG company Digital experience is a plus During the entire internship, in a Bachelor's or Master's degree course in Business Administration or a related area
