• Technical contact:** You are the competent contact person for all technical issues relating to product and test equipment development, in particular in new approaches.

• Value flow and layout planning:** You plan and design new value flows, including layout, and take over the project management for their implementation.

• Data analysis and optimization:** You analyse data from existing value flows, identify potential for improvement and implement them in concrete measures.

• Practical learning:** You gain experience through collaboration in various value flows and bring this knowledge into new projects.

• Quality improvement (8D reports):** You support quality assurance by working on 8D reports, in particular by structuring the root cause analysis and the related measurements on the product.

• CSDP (continuous improvement process):** You actively promote CVP issues and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Complete studies of industrial engineering, engineering, or a comparable qualification focusing on production/production.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of production optimization, ideally in the automotive industry or a related area.

• Funded knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Value Stream Analysis.

• experience using statistical methods for data analysis and problem solving.
