strategy work – central control and prioritization of all IT projects of the commissioning departments with the aim of a uniform approach and efficiency enhancement; Creation and continuous update of the roadmap as well as resulting planning of resource needs with regard to timeline, budgets and human capacity Expert work – Sparring partners:in the field of initiation, planning and prioritization of IT projects; development, implementation and continuous optimization of project management standards, methods and tools; support the domain teams in selecting, commissioning and controlling external service providers; Cost planning and control for corporate controlling Detail work – Consolidation and reporting of the IT project stati as well as transparent communication on business management and management Directional work – Head of department with professional and disciplinary responsibility

Education – Completed studies with a focus on (economic)informatics, software engineering, energy management with IT focus or a comparable qualification Qualification – Multiannual professional and leadership experience in comparable positions; proven competence in project management, project controlling and the introduction of PM standards Expertise – Safe handling of PM tools and classic and agile PM methods; Basic understanding of the processes of energy trading, energy marketing and energy supply; reliable knowledge of German and English Personality – strong team orientation; structured and targeted mode of operation; pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking capacity; proven leadership skills; own initiative; Communication strength
