Your tasks:

• Responsible for the improvement of processes, the use of Data and advanced systems to increase transparency Performance
• Close cooperation with IT and production teams to implement Solutions
• RC Convergence (Recurrent Cost) A320 final assembly line in Hamburg and the coordination of Performance activities between departments
• Control and promotion of performance improvements for certain production organisation within the A320 final assembly line using appropriate knowledge of relevant systems and Data tools
• Function as a link between final assembly production, IT and final assembly management to ensure smooth communication and Ensuring integration of IT solutions
• Close cooperation and participation in standard procedures Financial sector
• Development and maintenance of automated workflows for important processes such as performance assessments, holiday tracking, CVAT calculations and more
• Extraction, purification and analysis of complex data sets to accurate data for performance reports from the manufacturing sector to Ensure COO level
• to provide clear and implementable insights from data to help the production team make informed decisions and Continuously improving processes

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration or Similar Qualifications
• More than two years of experience in controlling, manufacturing / Production and IT / Information Systems
• Experience in data analysis
• Experience in change management and project management
• experience in the automation of workflows, in particular for performance assessments, calculation processes and tracking systems
• Experience with Skywise
• Good knowledge about SAP and Google Workspace
• German language skills
• Speaking English
