Quality management: Continuous improvement of the existing quality management system (DIN ISO 9001) incl. Planning and implementation of internal and external audits Process optimization: Development of innovative approaches to optimizing our operating processes Knowledge Management: Care and development of knowledge management Data Protection & Compliance: Department Coordination of Data Protection and Compliance Ticket Process Optimization: Continuous Development of Ticket Process and Tickettool Lean Management: Implementation of Process and Lean Management Measures

Complete economic studies or commercial training with corresponding professional experience in process, change and quality management Quick conception, analytical thinking and independent thinking and working methods High sense of responsibility, target/result orientation and hands-on mentality Convincing appearance, empathy, situation-oriented communication with interface partners and stakeholders Openness for new and flexible changes Knowledge of personal economic processes and strong IT affinity JOBV1_EN
