The city centre is a short walk away with shopping and the train station. • They serve people with different impairments over the entire course of the day and shape them together. • You take care of the basic care of our clients and take responsible reference services • In the implementation of modern forms of participation you will find creative ways to fulfill the individual wishes and needs of our clients and create detailed participation plans • They identify the individual needs, interests and potentials of the residents and develop tailor-made care services. • They design the parent, family and supervisor contacts and work closely with internal and external specialist services, authorities and institutions
