You advise and support in solving process issues in the EWM environment You have the pleasure of optimising logistics processes – both in optimizing manual processes and optimizing processes in our logistics locations equipped with modern automation technology (e.g. Autostore, AKL, Shuttle,...). You are also enthusiastic about the connection of automated intralogistics solutions. You are delighted to optimize business processes in coordination with process managers, key users and product teams and to pass them into operation You create technical solution concepts taking into account the integrated system landscape, interfaces with all IT disciplines to be involved You will first evaluate the costs and take over the control of external service providers (consultation and development) as well as internal projects You support the operation in case of malfunctions of critical business operations and take over 3rd-level support

Complete study of computer science, logistics, business management or a comparable degree programme Analytical skills to identify problems and find solutions Multiannual professional experience in the requirement management in the logistics/IT environment, as well as in the field of SAP EWM High communication and team skills and customer orientation Experience in process modeling, documentation and training Very good English skills in word and writing
