You care and optimise existing insurance contracts in the private and commercial sector You accompany our customers: in case of damage – from reception to regulation You compare tariffs across different companies and prepare basis for decision You conduct correspondence with insurance companies and customers:individual and professional You always keep our customer database (VEMA/Makler Management Program) up to date

You have a completed training to the insurance businesswoman or Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) You have ideally already worked in an insurance broker office and know the processes in the broker business You have a high service orientation and joy in contact with people You work conscientiously, organizes and keeps track of time printing You are safe in handling MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ideally have experience with broker comparison software
