Project Manager – Alternative Delivery Models (m/f/d)

As an architect or engineer, you have a strong interest in agreeing with the customers the basics and constructions of a construction project and accompanying the entire process from the start of the project, through the procurement to the handover of the finished object? A project business in the consulting area is more than detail drawings and small-part price LV's? We are a motivated and growing team and introduce innovations in construction and real estate. Our main field of activity is project processing in the field of alternative settlement models that unite the areas of planning and construction. Our focus is on creating and combining the project bases in performance descriptions, as well as accompanying the award procedures. From our locations in Hamburg and Kiel we support all North Germany. Responsibility for exciting and varied construction projects in the field of alternative settlement models Professional consulting in procurement and procurement management Creation of functional performance descriptions for building measures – from small to large, from simple to demanding Organizing and responsible for procurement procedures for public and private contractors Preparation and implementation of negotiations with builders and general contractors Takeover of the contract, cost and appointment controlling in the construction design – including change and follow-up management

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or comparable qualification Founded professional experience in one or more areas of planning, tendering and construction management of construction projects in the construction sector First professional experience in the context of alternative project execution forms and contract models (general contractors/total contractors) or in project management of construction projects Good knowledge in handling the necessary rules (HOAI, VOB, LBO, etc.) Very good communication skills in German (in word and writing) Self-safe, friendly, open and professional appearance to all contact persons Quick conception, analytical and networked thinking and fun in solution-oriented work
