For our customers, Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG, we are looking for an electrical engineer (m/w/d) for the Health-Safety-Environment Management at the Erlangen site as part of the employee transfer.

Your tasks:

• Support and advice of the energy transfer projects to all legal and internal requirements regarding environmental, health and occupational safety (foreseen from today's perspective the use in the project SüdLink Project 3 (SLV3) incl. Care and regular visits to the construction site in Großgartach)
• Consultation of project management and project team at EHS Questions about the offer and handling and responsibility of the implementation of Zero Harm Framework Activities
• Guidance and support of the EHS colleagues on the project construction sites (if necessary also on site)
• Reporting of EHS event statistics and analyzing data for identifying trends and measures
• Auditing and auditing of construction sites and suppliers of the organisational unit
• Continuous improvement as part of the integrated management system, in particular ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards as well as the behaviour-based occupational safety awareness according to Safety Culture Ladder (level 4)

Your profile:

• Successfully completed study of a technical field (e.g. electrical engineering), ideally combined with a commercial component and/or technical vocational training

• Multiannual experience in high-voltage transmission, e.g. Area of maritime network connection projects and/or in traditional land business

• 2- to 3-year project or construction site experience in EHS

• Knowledge in project or construction site management

• Experiences in the implementation of workshops, assessments and coaching as well as in accident investigation

• Completed safety skills training mandatory

• SiGeKo Training (required)

• Qualifications in the areas of ISO [for telephone number see the original ad]) for participation in internal and external audits (required)

• Method competency for incident/fall analysis (Root Cause Analysis, e.g. 5W, Ishikawa, Tripod)

• MS-Office very good

• Flowing German and English skills

• First aid training desirable, fire protection training desirable
