Tasks: Learn the processes and production processes in various production areas, including MDF plate production, coating and impregnation, and chemistry Participation in day-to-day operations to develop a sound understanding of all operational processes Working in projects for the continuous development and optimization of processes and plants Participation in achieving quality, productivity and delivery goals Participation in the High Potential Programme

Complete university studies in a relevant field (e.g. economic engineering, business management, mechanical engineering, chemistry or the like) Enthusiasm for technical processes and production Analytical skills and problem solving skills Team orientation, communication strength, enforcement capability High readiness and motivation to develop yourself personally and professionally German and English skills
