Your tasks include: Support of the customer service team for all administrative and organisational tasks Active support for internal sales to increase efficiency and customer retention Conducting academic speaking hours (telephone) to advise and support customers Professional complaint management and processing of invoice complaints Telephone and written support and consultation of existing customers to ensure their satisfaction Support for the acquisition of new customers through targeted measures and speech Creation of individual offers and written processing of customer requests Maintenance and updating of customer master data in the CRM system to optimize customer relationships Analysis and preparation of sales figures and preparation of business optimization reports Close cooperation with other departments such as logistics, marketing and accounting to ensure smooth communication Care and management of social media channels, including LinkedIn, for the brand presence of Labor Dr. Bayer
