Onboarding: Enjoy our introduction week including factory management and various team building and leisure events Practice in the company: In our own training workshop and in the departments as well as in the customer service you are trained in a practical and professionally competent manner Vocational school: The training lasts for 3.5 years, with good schooling and operational services, a shortening of the training period to 3 years is possible. During the training you have 1x per week of vocational school in the vocational college Technik Remscheid (btr-rs.de/), every 14 days 2x per week Seminars and trainings: You will receive a wide range of further education, e.g. product training, communication seminars and an English course with certified degree

What we move together in our training Basics: The technical foundations are taught to you both in-house and in the vocational school. As part of your training, you will produce sketches and technical drawings, perform detailed designs, complete plans using a CAD program, create schematic or perspective representations and calculate components. In addition, documentation of written documents or drawings belongs to your area of responsibility Specialization: At the end of your training, you will deepen your knowledge with the choice of the field of machine and plant technology and learn the creation of 3D models for the components of plants, machines and heat pumps. You prepare for the specialist tasks in your future field of application Space for orientation: You go through the various areas of construction and get to know all possible areas of application where you can work after the training. So you have the opportunity to specialize in the direction that is most important to you in the course of training

Qualification: Are you close to your general upper secondary school, ideally focusing on mathematics and physics – or have they already in your pocket? Interest in science: They bring talent in science subjects and are interested in technology, mechatronics and electronics Internships: Ideally, you have snuffed into the world of mechatronics as part of an internship and now want to make your interest a profession Your talents: They are communicative, have a pronounced organizational talent and like to go with numbers Theory & Practice: Are you looking for a way to learn a job and gain practical experience?
