Detailed recording, analysis and documentation of production processes taking into account work, product and quality safety aspects Priority of process documentation based on a critique matrix Creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well as One Point Lessons (OPLs) in image and font according to the master image “What, How, Why” Independent coordination with the fields of production, quality assurance and supply chain Support for standardization and optimization of workflows Close cooperation with the Continuous Improvement Engineer on topics related to PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and the identification and reduction of waste according to the TIMWOOD principle

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Ideally first knowledge in the field of HACCP, GMP and/or quality management systems in the food industry First experience in creating work instructions, SOPs or training documents is advantageous Impressive ability to analyze, structure and document complex workflows in a comprehensible manner Secure handling of Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint Very good German knowledge (at least C1), English knowledge of B1 level are desirable Self-contained, structured and careful operation and pronounced communication skills
