Claim Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

• The proactive support of the project in the identification of private and foreign claims. • In addition, take care of the timely and regular documentation of claims in the specified IT tool. • The proactive examination and processing of all identified claims of relevant facts under professional guidance of the commercial project management, possibly with the inclusion of interface partners. • They organize and conduct claim reviews in the project. • They support task forces that are formed in complex and cross-project situations. • The preparation and development of claims strategies in projects, the preparation of decision-making templates and the implementation of claims negotiations are also part of their tasks.

Profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in economic, engineering or legal sciences or a comparable degree programme. • They bring initial experience in project processing and negotiations with suppliers, optimally in the international context. • Knowledge and practical experience in the project business (Green Belt, IPMA or comparable) are desirable. • They have the pleasure of acquiring and deepening interdisciplinary skills such as law, business or technology. • Your profile is rounded off by independent and comprehensive conceptual competencies, your structured way of working, your high communication and team skills and strong self-initiative. • They take responsibility and have a very good enforcement capability. • They possess knowledge of German and English in a reliable manner.
