In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a working student process management for the energy transition (m/w/d)* at the next possible time for our site Quickborn (with a participating home office option). Please apply until 30.06.2025.

Your tasks You work closely with our process managers: both together and support in the recording and further development of processes. You help define meaningful key performance indicators for our processes and fill them with life. You are driving the automation and digitization of our processes together with us. You are part of workshops on process management - from planning to implementation to post-processing. You analyze existing processes along the value chain and develop ideas for optimization. You are actively helping to develop our process management. You make a real contribution to ensuring that our process culture is permanently anchored in the company.

Your profile You are still at least one year immatriculated - ideally in economic engineering, engineering or natural sciences, economic informatics, energy management or a comparable degree course. First contact points with process management, e.g. BPMN or Lean Management? Great! If you don't, you want to get involved quickly. You are interested in energy economic topics such as network expansion, network connection or network control. You're open, go to others and find the information you need. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) can be used safely - ideally also tools such as Visio or Miro. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing and are motivated to support us your period of study. You work structured, conscientious and with a high level of quality. You are curious, want to make things better and inspire others with your ideas. You bring team spirit with you, communicate clearly, set up for your topics and like to meet decisions.

Your Benefits Transparent remuneration: As a working student you start with us with an hourly wage of €16.92. As an intern, you receive a fee of € 1,624 per month for both compulsory and voluntary internships Sensual task: With us you will make a valuable contribution to the energy transition - in a large company and with many perspectives. Flexibility: As a student, you work up to 20 hours a week in the semester. Your working time and place are agreed with the team. As an intern, you have a 37-hour week and also the opportunity to work on the mobile. Development: You can write your thesis with us.
