This includes, for example, the establishment and implementation of the budget in the area of responsibility, as well as credit management, the central office, the city bank, the processing of taxes and debt management.

You are an innovative and committed personality with convincing leadership qualities. In doing so, you have a good sense of employee-related, organisational and public concerns, so that you can proactively and targetedly control and design processes – inward and outward. In order to successfully carry out your tasks, you also have a degree as a management specialist (m/w/d) or have a completed degree in the field of public management or comparable discipline. Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in the field of receivable management and tactical negotiation skills. Accordingly, you have extensive expertise in enforcement law and its associated laws and regulations, such as the Land Administration Extent Act, the Forced Auction Act, the Municipal Tax Act or the Tax Code and others.
