We are a team that convinces with specialization and works together on a green future. In this role, you continuously analyze, structure and optimize our repair and logistics processes. This coordinates and ensures a smooth and efficient process from preparation to completion. You actively participate in site-wide projects. Take over the targeted coordination of interdisciplinary thematic strands and act as a central, controlling link between repair, logistics and purchasing. When implementing new standards, go ahead actively. You coordinate the implementation in the working day and accompany both methodologically and professionally. In your flexible working day, you will also keep in mind the higher-level material supply. You coordinate the optimization of disposition-relevant parameters in the ERP system (e.g., reporting stock), clarify proactive bottlenecks and analyze causes for inventory deviations.

A completed commercial or technical training (e.g. industrial businessman/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Founded professional experience in the process-oriented environment, ideally in work preparation, process optimization or supply chain management, characterized by strong coordination tasks. Experience in active project work, as well as the skill to advance themes independently as a co-ordinative and professional driver and to initiate team members. A high degree of flexibility, organizational skills and solution orientation, coupled with a strong analytical understanding of process and storage characteristics. Good SAP knowledge in the MRP environment (modules SAP MM and EWM) Google workspace knowledge is of advantage. Very good German skills (min. C1) and advanced English skills (from B1). Communication and organizational strength, enforcing power, a structured way of working and a cool head in stressful situations complete your profile.
