Develop an international workforce strategy for personnel needs in our markets and define standards for optimal occupation of our teams You analyze processes and key figures, identify optimization potentials and develop concrete measures for our branches Together with the relevant international interfaces, you will develop practical guidelines and forecasts based on customer frequency, sales, seasonality and promotions You drive the use of digital solutions and automation and accompany new concepts, systems and pilot projects to rollout In cooperation with sales, country operations and branches, you develop solutions that not only strategically convince, especially in everyday operational operations For this, you translate complex analyses into understandable recommendations and create acceptance for changes You are regularly in our markets, accompany changes and ensure the sustainable implementation of measures

Multiannual professional experience in retail, ideally in the field of store operations, workforce management, retail performance, controlling or project management Found practical experience with workforce management systems, ideally ATOSS. You know the logic behind personnel deployment planning and can expertly evaluate and develop requirements for a workforce system You analyze complex challenges data-based, question existing processes and develop effective solutions You can communicate complex topics in a comprehensible and gain different, also international stakeholders for common solutions You connect strategic thinking with a pronounced hands-on mentality You like to work internationally, move safely between headquarters, countries and branches, and make the readiness to carry out regular store visits for international cooperation
