System Specialist Variant Configuration (w/m/d)

Your tasks:

– Technical responsibility for the technology for variant configuration at SEW-EURODRIVE worldwide

– Specifications for modelling the variant configuration of mechanical engineering products from different development areas

– Responsibility for the structuring of the unit lists for the final assembly of the machine products including the construction of the unit lists

– Communication with all areas of development, sales, service, work preparation and finance regarding mechanical engineering products

– Responsibility for the SEW-EURODRIVE Group’s strategy to define the portfolio of features for all SEW-EURODRIVE engineering products

– Specifications for the processing of product extensions to products already in sale

Your qualification:

– Complete computer science studies preferably with doctoral degree or comparable

– Deep knowledge of the SAP variant configuration LO-VC

– Experience with SAP processes to KMATs from customer order acquisition to delivery

– Programming experience in modern development tools including Java

– Extensive knowledge of project management

– Secure handling of Microsoft tools

– Very good knowledge of English, other language skills of advantage
