As part of the team Collaboration Success Management, you are responsible for global projects in the field of digital workplace - around modern digital work environments, communication and collaboration tools that employees worldwide use in their daily work. You take responsibility for project planning, voting, status communication and the structured follow-up of tasks, decisions and dependencies. You coordinate rollouts, migrations and further developments in close coordination with international stakeholders. You identify needs for improvement in existing processes and solutions and bring them into concrete measures together with interdisciplinary teams. You are happy to be in direct contact with colleagues around the world and gain insights into requirements, working methods and user needs through occasional visits to sites.

You are world-famous and enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment and have good German and English skills You are interested in modern collaboration, Microsoft 365 and digital tools that make employees' everyday work easier. You have experience in project management and ideally bring knowledge in the introduction or further development of digital tools. You like to work structured, keep an overview of several parallel topics and drive tasks autonomously. You have a good analytical understanding and the ability to quickly incorporate yourself into new topics, processes and relationships. You think in a solution-oriented manner, introduce your own ideas and enjoy implementing improvements together with others.
