In the ''Manufacturing Execution & Operations'' team, we are responsible for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) sizes for the control of the production and assembly processes in raw construction, the Gewerk-specific body sorter, in the Powertrain (motors, transmissions, axes, electric drivetrain, batteries) as well as partial volumes in vehicle assembly. We are now looking for student support for 8-12h per week for the functional architecture of our product clusters within the production control and control system ''PLUS'. We offer you an exciting and diverse environment in a highly motivated team. You can expect varied and responsible tasks that you work together with the product team. Your activities give you exciting insights into the global production network of Mercedes-Benz and the processes of large IT products and projects. These tasks come to you, among others: Cooperation with the cluster architects and with dynamic and international SCRUM teams Support in the care of agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) Support of the clusters of architects at Decision Forge, e.g. preparation of presentations, preparation and preparation of workshops, invitation of product and project members, moderation and logging of content Management of the Decision Logs of Functional Decisions in the New Development of PLUS Modelling and documentation of software and business processes using SAP Signavio The activity can begin from April 2026.

You are studying in a Bachelor/Master/Diplom degree course in an IT-related study course such as economic engineering, business informatics, economics (with potential focus on IT) or computer science You already have first experience in project work or in PMO tasks or until ready to acquire them You already have knowledge of one or more of the following tools: SAP Signavio, MURAL, Power Point, Excel, Teams, Confluence or Jira You communicate safely in writing and word in German and English in an international environment across locations You work quickly on different topics and are ready to go the extra mile for project success You are questioning the status quo, changing the necessary changes independently and keeping the focus on the essentials
