Activity

We are the joint data center of German pension insurance

the locations Berlin and Würzburg. We operate the IT infrastructure for all

Pension insurance companies in Germany. Service management provides

for efficient processes, ensures the quality of our services and

is in direct contact with our customers.

The Process Management team is responsible for the design

Establishing, controlling and continuous improvement of processes.

Process management is a central start-up and

Coordination body for all management, core and support processes of the

RZ-DRV process map.

Your duties

They coordinate process management, including

Process design and implementation with construction, further development

and the establishment of process management as well as the continuous

verification of the effectiveness within the framework of the process control and, where appropriate, the

Adaptation of processes

You guide workshops on process optimization

You perform tasks in service-level management, including among

the participation in the construction and development of

KPI reporting as well as when creating service levels agreements

They innovatively design the assigned tasks of the Service area

Your profile

They have successfully completed higher education

(Bachelor/Diplom FH/equivalent) or an equivalent qualification or

completed vocational training in economics

Area

You already have many years of current professional experience in a

Process organization in the IT environment

Accordingly, you have ITIL experiences and know

IT service management tools (for example BMC Helix or HP SM)

Your strong understanding of process design - phases and the associated
