Responsibility for operational performance and the achievement of QCD targets Control of employees, processes, machines and resources Development of employees in the field, in particular managers Further development of the area according to Lean principles and management of improvement projects Analysis of relevant key figures and dashboards and derivation of measures Implementation and further development of the global shopfloor management standards Responsibility for recruiting, employee development, feedback and performance assessment talks Ensuring the necessary qualifications and training Development of an end-to-end process vision and a strategic “north star” for value flow Ensuring compliance with work safety, compliance and operational guidelines

Studies, higher professional training or comparable qualification Experience in leadership of employees in the operating environment Good knowledge of process management and lean management Experience in project and change management Very good analytical and communication skills Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge, SAP EWM of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English High sense of responsibility, ability to enforce and joy of change
