Project Manager SATCOM (m/f/d)

Independent management and implementation of national and international projects in the field of SATCOM Central interface function for customers and for the internal, interdisciplinary OHB project team holistic project management over all phases of the project, from project acquisition to planning and implementation to successful project completion Coordination and control of the internal OHB DC project team, consisting of disciplines such as engineering, production, project controlling, procurement, logistics, product security and documentation management Definition and implementation of the required requirements, measures and control instruments to ensure appointment, quality and budget objectives Monitoring the progress of the project and identifying, evaluating and controlling risks and deviations

Multiannual professional experience as project manager or technical lead engineer in the field of satellite communication, e.g. in the fields of satellite control, antenna systems, ground infrastructure or related systems Master's degree or equivalent degree in engineering or management, preferably in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable discipline Embossed multidisciplinary system understanding and high interest in cooperation and deepening knowledge in the fields of mechanics, electrical engineering, high-frequency technology and software Analytical thinkability, structured approach and pronounced organizational skills Leadership experience combined with high social competence, convincing communication skills and strong team orientation High communication strength and the ability and motivation to work quickly and independently into new topics and tasks Analytical, efficient and targeted working with high quality and responsibility Impressed team skills and joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary and international environments German language skills and very good English knowledge in word and writing
