Sales Manager North and Eastern Europe (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the direct and indirect processing of our North and Eastern European military markets (NATO). You present our products in need of technical explanations to military customers, highlight our product advantages and conduct successful negotiations with contracting authorities. The existing partner structures will keep you running and continue to expand. This includes continuous market observation and identification of relevant skill gaps in the respective countries and local competition. As part of international tenders by contracting authorities, you work closely with the Bid Management.

A successfully completed study in the field of economic engineering, economics or state and social sciences. A multi-year military training (e.g. SaZ 12) or relevant experience in the military environment and ideally professional experience in sales is advantageous. Negotiating German and English skills and ideally further language skills. Sales talent and a high customer orientation as well as interest in other cultures of the European neighbouring countries and readiness to travel. Technical understanding and sound know-how in MS Office or Google Workspace. Leadership experience as well as argumentation and communication strength, complemented by organisational talent and entrepreneurially shaped, international thinking/trade.
