Depreciation of transports: You take the billing of intermodal and conventional transports. Costs in sight: You create the billing of storage, repair and storage costs for containers as well as external tank operations according to template. Create individual invoices: You create individual invoices according to predetermined patterns and ensure careful and timely processing. Organize billing shipment: You ship the invoices created via Outlook and ensure a smooth process in the billing process. Maintain Office files: You update and manage various Excel and Word files reliably and keep all data up to date. Preparing the monthly financial statements: You support the necessary preparatory work to carry out the monthly financial statements and contribute to a structured settlement.

Commercial foundation: You have completed commercial training or comparable practical experience in the commercial sector and provide a solid understanding of business processes. Accuracy: You work carefully and detailed, keep track of complex processes and thus ensure reliable results. Language: You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing and also bring basic knowledge of English from school – for clear and reliable communication in everyday work. Own responsibility: You take tasks independently, make decisions within your area of responsibility and act proactively to achieve results reliably. Pre-experience in logistics: Ideally, you will bring first experience in the field of forwarding and logistics services, preferably in the container area. It is advantageous, but not a prerequisite – your interest in logistical processes and accounting processes is important. You bring a secure sense of numbers and can quickly capture and apply business relationships. MS‐Office products: Secure handling of the common Microsoft applications, as Outlook and Excel are primarily part of daily work.
