Team Leader Credit Risk C24 Bank (m/f/d)

You take over the leadership and further development of a team of credit risk analysts You are responsible for the continuous monitoring of KPIs of our credit portfolio (e.g. approval rates, delay trends, losses) You control the development of scorecards, risk models (IFRS9) and segmentation strategies for debt management You develop risk data management and ensure the quality and availability of relevant data You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk) and represent credit risk in bodies as well as to examiners

You have a degree in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, mathematics or statistics You have at least 5 years of professional experience in credit risk for private customers, in portfolio analysis or in a comparable role You have proven experience in managing teams or managing complex analytical projects with You control analysis tools (e.g. SQL, SAS, Python, R) safely and have a deep understanding of risk reporting systems and regulatory requirements You are able to make complex analysis results understandable and translate them into clear recommendations for action
