Payroll Administrator / Part-time Payroll Accountant 50% (m/f/d)

Implementation of monthly wage bills in compliance with operational and statutory provisions and preparation of salary bills Advice and support for employees in matters relating to pay tax, social insurance and billing Creation of HR documents (including writing, confirmations), editing of the general correspondence and compiling evaluations and statistics Coordination and execution of all administrative tasks when employees enter and exit Installation and maintenance of personal master files and the management and maintenance of personal files Processing of certification and reporting Cooperation in HR projects and further development of personnel processes.

Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally complemented by further training in the human resources sector (e.g. wage accounting) or a comparable professional qualification Professional experience in wage billing Knowledge of wage tax and social security law and basic knowledge of labour law Good knowledge of the MS Office package (MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel) and experience in the application of a personnel billing system (ideally say HR personnel billing) Exact, independent and well-structured operation High commitment, communication strength, team capacity and loyalty.
