As a customer manager: you work on the train and are the first:r contact:in for our passengers. As of 01.09.2026, we are looking for a cross-entry as a customer manager: in local transport (w/m/d) at DB Regio AG in Coesfeld. During your functional training, cross-incomeers:in the form of a customer service provider, you will receive an adjusted entry fee in the local area. After successful completion of the training, your salary will be increased to the entry level of the target activity. The corresponding annual gross salary* is currently between: 44.200 and 55.400 Euro This is what awaits you in retraining:

Retraining takes place over 3 months and consists of theoretical and practical classes The theoretical teaching takes place at the Essen site, your practice assignments usually take place at the later site You complete retraining with a theoretical and practical examination The training classes consist of a maximum of 12 participants

After retraining you take the following activities:

Actively advise and attend our customers: inside on and on the train You provide information on connection connections and irregularities Control and sale of tickets are your responsibility You are responsible for order and safety on the train With high service quality, you increase the satisfaction of our customers: Collaboration with colleagues, such as drivers: inside, service staff or security staff, is part of your everyday life

Your profile:

Ideally, you have a successfully completed vocational training e.g. as a hotel businessman, flight attendant:in, seller:in, retail trader or relevant experience in service Handling mobile devices is familiar to you Conflict and communication skills in your professional life Customer and service awareness are of course for you You have a well-kept and friendly appearance as well as the willingness to wear business clothing Irregular shiftwork doesn't matter to you If you do not live near the site, you will ideally have a valid class B driver's license to be flexible and reliable to the layer.
