This is what awaits you You actively support the Business Innovation & Development Team, for example in market analysis, evaluation of new AI and automation tools and development of new business models In addition, you support content in innovative future projects and take over the independent management of smaller projects in the daily business You carry out tasks in the field of Business Innovation & Development on a regular basis, such as performance monitoring, monitoring and documentation of compliance with quality standards, reporting and support in research and analysis for specific projects You work with various departments, such as sales, marketing and marketing, and communication with internal and external partners

You are studying Business, Business Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Business Informatics, or similar You have an Entrepreneurial Mindset with great interest in future topics and are open to experimental approaches Your structured, independent and solution-oriented working style as well as your numerical affinity and your analytical mindset characterize you You bring a quick understanding, good communication skills and a high motivation and team spirit with German and English language skills in word and writing complete your profile
