You care and care for people in need of assistance and carry out basic and treatment care in the outpatient care service (supply to SGB V and XI and new recordings). You observe and judge the physical and psychological condition of patients professionally. You create and revise care plans. You conduct an appropriate care documentation, including performance detection. You conduct consultations according to §37.3 SGB XI.

You have successfully completed your education as a examinated Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), examinated Health Caregiver (m/w/d) or examinated Nurse (m/w/d). You own the license class B. You are dedicated, flexible and resilient. You are reliable, team-capable, can work independently and have friends dealing with needy people.
