The Kreissparkasse is the market leader in the economically prospering region Heilbronn, both in the company and in the private customer business. For our revision, we are looking for several revisors (w/m/d) in full and part time at the next possible time. To strengthen our revision area, we are looking for dedicated employees who are interested in a new challenge in the internal revision. Possible main topics: Examinations, including focusing on commercial credit, early detection procedures, risk classification procedures Bank management, controlling, operational risks Payment, Online-Electronic Banking, Banking Release Management, Emergency Management, Information Security Topics from the Staff Areas: Securities/Depot Management, Branches and Sales, Personnel/HR Processes and Finance

Self-risk-oriented conduct of tests with the respective thematic focus Advising the departments Support for the continuous improvement process of internal auditing, in particular with regard to audit approaches and methods Analysis and assessment of processes and systems to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Monitoring of external audits Revisional support of projects Cooperation in basic matters

Banking skills (e.g. training to the banker or similar) Business training with training as an entrepreneur or successful completion of an economic study First experience with revising activities or control activities in the areas (banks) revision, audit or auditing is desirable Pleasure to work into a challenging and versatile task area Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the respective fields Sovereign handling of MS Office products readiness for continuous training and adaptation to regulatory changes Ability to present complex facts in a comprehensible and convincing manner Safe occurrence, communication strength and enforcement Team orientation, independent and independent action
