Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

We rely on you: You take over the management of the subprojects to include new projects or already manually controlled products in automated visual inspection (AVI) You are responsible for the planning, development and verification of an automated control process with the help of risk analyses, test runs and process qualification, as well as the preparation of the associated documents You are responsible for specifying and defining fault images in cooperation with technology/production and customers You take over the coordination of requirements with different specialist departments and the customer You are in agreement with technology, factory and site development and qualification/validation about the possibilities for the production of new customer requirements on the given machines or to purchase new equipment You review and evaluate the new customer requirements You create the packaging material dossiers for the design of new control machines and equipment You are responsible for requalifying commercial control processes You take over the introduction of new processes into commercial production

How to complete our team: With your completed scientific or technical studies as a naturalist/ingenieur in the field of mechanical engineering, physics, physical technology, medical technology and a comparable degree course With your professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in (automatic) visual control, production or in connection with optical technologies You bring experience in work according to GMP guidelines / in the GMP environment You advantageously bring project management experience with You ideally have knowledge of quality management or pharmaceutical validation methods and methods With your good computer skills (MS Office, especially MS Project; SAP) With your very good English knowledge in word and writing due to the international business activities of Vetter You have a strong communication and team capability, a high social competence, organizational talent and an independent, reliable and conscientious way of working.
