Advising the executives/management and the HR department on all individual and collective issues, including compliance with data protection issues Conception, negotiation and accompaniment of matters relevant to co-determination, such as overall operating arrangements, balancing interests, social plans Accompanying reorganisations, restructurings and M&A processes and carrying out labour court proceedings Confidential cooperation with the co-determination bodies as central contact person:in Preparation of the current case law and innovations in the legal situation for the revision of patterns or similar as well as preparation of training Planning, control and implementation of projects in the field of labour law and in connection with co-determination issues

Complete university studies in law or a comparable degree course (a fully legal qualification with a focus on labour law is of advantage, ideally with qualification as a specialist lawyer: in for labour law) Practical experience in human resources, collective labour law and cooperation with co-determination bodies Impressed communication skills, high liability and negotiation skills Pragmatic and efficient approach to tasks to achieve entrepreneurial goals Standing for occasional missions You do not meet all the criteria of the job ad, but do you want to become part of the #GENERATIONTK?
