Team Leader Accounts Receivable (m/f/d)

You lead a team of nine motivated colleagues:inside and support their individual strengths. Your goal is to create an inspiring and powerful working environment in which the team can continuously evolve. You actively promote the optimization and further development of all accounting and commercial processes in debitor accounting. In doing so, you rely on innovative technologies to continuously improve efficiency and accuracy. Control and monitor with your team You can use all debitor processes such as the processing of payment inputs, the receivable management, the dunning and the receivables assessment. In addition, you support the creation of monthly and annual accounts and ensure that all processes work smoothly. You will prepare precise reports, analyses and evaluations for the department management, the board and, if necessary, other bodies. The documentation of policies and work instructions is also one of your tasks to ensure standards and transparency. As an important contact person, you actively engage in cross-departmental projects and act as a central communication interface both internally and externally.

You have a degree in economics or a commercial training, ideally with further training as a balance sheet holder (w/m/d), and brings several years of professional experience in accounting. Ideally, you could already gain first leadership experience, whether in a team's disciplinary leadership or through the leadership of project teams. You understand motivating and inspiring your team in challenging situations. Your numerical affinity is high, good knowledge of debitor management is beneficial. Experience with the accounting software Diamant is a plus. We require the safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel. You are characterized by an entrepreneurial, analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and meet timely, clear decisions. Self-initiative, communication strength and team spirit are of course for you. You bring a strong customer and quality awareness with you and always professionally and legally engage in internal and external communication.
