At the closest possible time, we are looking for Quartiermeister (m/w/d) who is responsible for cleanliness, order and safety in our quarters. Since we are looking for employees (m/w/d) who live in or near their place of use, we will select a quarter according to your place of residence.

First contact person (m/w/d) für die Mieter (m/w/d) der VIVAWEST Cleaning of outdoor facilities (green areas, pavements, playgrounds and boobs, garbage storage) Cleaning of drains and gullys as well as cleaning of roof entrances in garages cleaning of the roofs, house doors and mailboxes Removal of flight waste and unrest Seasonal activities (e.g. greenspan removal in spring or fall leaves in autumn) Removal of newspapers, advertising and unrest in the entrance areas performing various small repairs, such as lamp change, windows or Doors for walking and closing Initial measures after pipe break, change of profile cylinders Control of compliance with the home/parking regulations and escape and rescue routes

Closed artisanal vocational training, multiannual professional experience in the field of mastery services desirable Practical and general craft skills and technical understanding Self-responsible operation and organisation Initiative and commitment High customer/service orientation Safe, friendly and binding occurrence Communicative and dedicated Class B driving licence
