Your mission: You are a passionate talent scout and want to lift the Candidate Experience to a new level? You lead and inspire a team of recruiters and work closely with disciplines and hiring managers to win the best talents for our company. The focus is on you – both the candidates and your team members Team talent promotion: You conduct, motivate and develop your recruiting team - including regular feedback talks, as well as the promotion of team development to achieve excellent performance together Partnership recruitment: You recruit specialist and executives on your own and act as consultants for departments and Hiring Managers. You understand their needs and find the appropriate candidates that not only convince professionally, but also fit culturally with us. You accompany the entire process from demand analysis to onboarding Candidate Experience Evangelist: You are passionate about a positive Candidate Experience and develop strategies to make the application process as pleasant and transparent as possible for our candidates Data Driven Decisions: You analyze recruiting metrics (e.g. Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality-of-Hire) and guide data-based action recommendations to continuously improve the Candidate Experience and the efficiency of the recruiting process Power of innovation: You identify and implement new recruiting tools and technologies to optimize the recruiting process and make it sustainable. You actively contribute to the design of our recruiting strategy

Knowledge: Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Psychology or comparable training Professional experience: Professional experience in recruiting, ideally with leadership responsibility and demonstrable successes in improving the Candidate Experience Competences: Knowledge of recruiting and personnel development Analytical skills: Embossed analytical skills and experience in reporting and controlling. Communication strength, empathy and enthusiasm to convince candidates and hiring managers alike Social competence: High social competence, team skills and a cooperative leadership style JOBV1_EN
