As a product manager (m/w/d) at Gebrüder Jaeger, you are responsible for technically demanding solutions in the field of building sealing. You are a link between sales, development and market – with technical understanding, customer focus and the sense of product potential. As a specialist for structural sealing, Gebrüder Jaeger offers a comprehensive portfolio of innovative sealing systems for the protection of buildings against moisture and water entry. The focus is on joint and surface seals. We do not expect a group with rigid structures, but a family-run industrial company with clear vision, short paths and real design playroom.

Support sales: You are a technical contact partner for our sales teams, perform training and assist in finding solutions in direct customer contact. Market understand: You analyze markets, customer needs and competitors – and identify where our products need to score today and tomorrow. explain and position products: You are the internal and external point of contact for product topics – from data sheets to standards and strategic positioning. Coordinating projects: You lead product developments through all phases – from the idea to the tuning with R&E to the successful market entry. share knowledge: You create presentations, guide product trainings and accompany introductions – always understandable, binding and targeted.

Qualification and training: You have completed a technical study (e.g. civil engineering, architecture) or have a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You have well-founded knowledge in the area of building sealing or bring a strong interest in building chemistry and water proofing. Ideally, you have several years of experience in the construction industry or in the building seal, in particular in the handling of technical products that are in need of explanation. Project management skills: You bring well-founded experience in the management of complex projects, in successful cooperation with interdisciplinary teams, as well as in-depth know-how in planning and construction processes. Language knowledge: English can be handled in word and writing (min. B2 level) for exchange with international customers and colleagues readiness to travel: You are ready to travel to customer meetings, trainings and trade fairs regularly (approx. 1x a month). Personal strengths: You think analytical, act structured and keep an overview of the product portfolio. You are strong in communication, confident in their appearance and trust to convince international customers.
