The National Association of Alzheimer's Companies NRW e.V. is looking for Project staff m/w/d Related Quartiers Work in Wuppertal Uellendahl- Katernberg 35 hours / week The National Association of Alzheimer's Companies NRW e.V. sees itself as a representation of regional Alzheimer's companies operating in NRW, family self-help groups, self-help initiatives, and care groups. We want to reduce the social taboo, develop health-social initiatives and are interlocutors of political leaders in the country day, health insurance and welfare associations. Our aim is to improve the situation of the affected people and their relatives. For the project under §123 SGB XI “Joint model projects for support measures and structures on site and in the quarter” (project term 12.01.26 -31.12.28) we are looking for a project employee.

Senior employees Implementation of training Establishment and maintenance of networks and participation in existing network structures Structure and support of groups in self-help Consultation Design of encounters Organisation, monitoring and guidance of future night care Documentation Academic assistance Cooperation in the project (organizations, etc.)

Complete nursing training or social work with relevant professional experience Experience in advanced senior / quarter work High communication competence and openness to counsel seekers and network partners Teamability, initiative and solution orientation
