You are the first contact person for customer requests and conduct personal and (if) final advice at the CustomerCenter. You actively participate in the acquisition of new customers and in the acquisition of addresses and focus on customer loyalty in telephone and personal consulting contacts. Own responsibility and in high quality organize your tasks. Together with your team, you work on the achievement of the goal. You work constructively, in partnership and trustingly with colleagues.

You have completed training for social security workers or have a comparable qualification. From yourself, you can see situations that make a quick decision necessary. You recognize customer and market requirements and implement them in customer solutions. You communicate trustworthy, confident and sensitive. Customer relationships make you aware, active and positive. In challenging situations, you can successfully complete tasks.

Attractive remuneration – you benefit from an attractive remuneration between €3,931,00 and €4,787,00 in Group 7 BAT/AOK-New (depending on professional experience) incl.
