You support the work of the Management Board of Pfr. Prof. Dr. Holger Böckel both strategically and organizationally in all business areas, in particular in the disabled, family and social assistance, senior support and hospice, as well as other key areas of the company, such as staff, communication, ethics and pastoral care. Your responsibility lies in the management of complex projects and you actively contribute to the development of innovative, future-oriented concepts as well as structures and thus to the further development of the organization. You prepare sound presentations and meaningful presentations to efficiently accompany decision-making processes and create statements and speeches. With your communication strength, you will shape the exchange with other specialist departments, stakeholders and external business partners and support and represent the Executive Board in committee meetings.

With your completed university studies – preferably with an economic or social focus – you bring a well-founded technical basis. You have professional experience in social or health care, ideally with direct reference to these fields of action. Their expertise in project management is proven by practical knowledge, complemented by a structured working method and strong self-responsibility. You bring a strong IT affinity with them, are strong in communication and understand how to accurately prepare complex facts and convey them convincingly.
