You process, evaluate and document challenging commercial issues and accompany modernization measures as well as quarter developments. You safeguard the interests of the tenants: You act as a contact person:in for customers, central and local employees:inside. In addition, you regularly report to the regional management You accompany tenants: both before, during and after modernization measures and take individual on-site appointments with tenants:inside, residents:inside and stakeholders. Furthermore, you correspond to this group of persons You edit, evaluate and document facts on site and track customer concerns and defect messages. After Asprach, you also take on on-site rental activities (renting business, updating and documentation of the property master files) You develop sustainable, pragmatic solutions and take responsibility during modernisation measures You create investment proposals for the creation of spaces, taking into account the existing object strategy You support the object supervisors:

You have a completed training in real estate management or a comparable degree and can demonstrate several years of professional experience in the real estate industry You have good knowledge of SAP ERP 6.0, SAP CRM and Microsoft Office package You work independently and independently, have a high readiness to use, flexibility and loadability You like to work with people, have a high customer and service orientation, a pronounced empathy capability with professional distance as well as safe occurrence and very good communication skills Enforceability, Conflict Management and Deescal Interaction ability have already demonstrated you in the past A Class B driving licence completes your profile
