Carglass® in Germany is a specialist in the repair and rebuilding of vehicle glass. In Germany, Carglass® employs around 2,100 employees, including over 1,600 specially trained Carglass® technicians. About 250 employees work at the head office in Cologne, around 170 employees are employed at the Customer Contact Center (Call Center). The company operates around 1.2 million. Customer contacts per year and helps drivers throughout Germany, either in one of the 370 service centers or on the move with more than 240 mobile units. Your task Management responsibility: leadership, promotion and further development of our property management team and ensuring effective cooperation with other stakeholders in the company Property and Rental Contract Management: Responsibility for the entire rental contract management: Maintenance and management of the rental conditions as well as processing of landlord requests as well as monitoring compliance with lease obligations by tenants and owners Budget and cost management: creation and management of the annual budget for property management and monitoring of current costs, as well as the cost control and review of cost-effectiveness analyses to ensure profitable real estate management. In addition, you are responsible for the monitoring and coordination of additional cost accounting and rental adjustments Process optimization and digitization: Analysis and optimization of existing processes in property management, e.g. through the introduction of digital tools and automation, as well as identification of innovative approaches to improving the efficiency and reduction of

Education/Studien: Completed studies in the real estate sector, business management or comparable qualification Professional experience: Multiannual experience in property management, ideally with leadership experience Expertise: Extensive understanding of property management processes, strong analytical skills and knowledge in cost management as well as sound knowledge in project management and real estate management Operation: High self-initiative, decision-making, communication strength and team capacity, flexibility and readiness to travel. In addition, leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team Other: Embossed number understanding, secure PC identifiers including MS Office (especially Excel), driving licence class
