These are your tasks:

• apply powder with electrostatic automatic system incl. Precoating and/or electrostatic handheld device Customer components in different structures
• electronic inventory of all powder products with the help of scanners and ERP system
• Set coating parameters for the control of the automatic system and for the hand tools
• regular inspection and the necessary exchange of wear parts on the system
• perform color change according to a proven flow chart of quick-change cabin and powder center
• weekly inventory of consumables/wear parts, annual inventory of all existing powders
• Plant maintenance and plant repairs in your work area

We wish you:

• first knowledge of metal or you have an affinity for metals and non-metals
• min. 2 years experience in powder coating
• High-quality modern powder coating You know or value plants
• You have already applied powders from different manufacturers in different structures and gloss levels electrostatically to different substrates
