dedicated open educator (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated open colleague (m/w/d) with a working range of 30 h + x. We wish our colleagues who are happy and committed want to face the daily challenges.

We are an independent social educational institution of the INDEPENDENT LIVING Foundation Potsdam.

In our Hort Feldmäuse, in the Potsdamer Kirchsteigfeld, 216 girls and Boys in two houses before and after class. The ability to hear what children say to see what children need and to give them what they need is the Core work of our daily work. In this context we expect a participative and esteeming attitudes that encourage children to participate in their self-training processes possible.

Severely disabled people in accordance with § 2 SGB IX will be qualified and suitability preferably taken into account.

WIR

• accompany in two houses boys and girls aged 5-9 years and 9-12 Years according to their age-specific needs
• are a young versatile team
• work according to the educational concept of open work
• support training and training measures
• enable the implementation and further development of your strengths and skills
• offer a flexible working time agreement
• Earnings are made according to the TvöD

THEY

• have qualified training (e.g. state-approved)
• are familiar with the educational areas of the state of Brandenburg
• are motivated, open, teamable and committed
• have very good skills on PC (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• take a participative and appreciative attitude towards children, parents and colleagues
• identify with natural pedagogical approaches and enjoy children to inspire nature, environment and sustainable action
